About Us

The founder of the ADP, Greg King, has a long history of developing elite athletes. He understands, clearly, the steps required to maximise potential and performance. Greg has overseen the physical performance and injury prevention strategies for Yokohama F Marinos (J-League), Adelaide United (A-League) and has worked as a strength and conditioning coach with Port Adelaide Football Club (AFL). Greg was an integral member of the 2019 & 2022 J-League and 2016 A-League Championship teams. He has completed a Master of Exercise Science, Bachelor of Physical Education and Bachelor of Education. Greg continues to update his education, consistently and consults with elite athletes, organisations and governing bodies to develop their high performance strategy.

Adam Waterson

Adam Waterson has extensive experience in working with various professional football teams throughout Australia , Asia & USA. These teams include Parramatta Power, Sydney United, Sydney FC, Newcastle Jets, Western Sydney Wanderers, FC Seoul & currently in his 6th season with the Los Angeles Galaxy.

Adam graduated from ACU in Exercise & Sports Science, is an ASCA Level 3 Elite Coach. Adam is also a NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist & holds a UEFA C License.

Justin Dougherty

Justin is an APA-titled Sports and Exercise Physiotherapist, joining ADP with over 10 years of experience in professional sport. Justin currently works as the Head of Rehabilitation at the Sydney Swans Football Club in the AFL, where he has been since December 2020. Prior to this, Justin worked as the Head Physiotherapist at A-League clubs Melbourne Victory FC and Newcastle Jets FC. He completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of Newcastle, before completing his post-graduate Masters in Sports Physiotherapy through La Trobe University.

Having worked with professional athletes across both the Football and AFL codes, Justin brings to the ADP a huge breadth and depth of expertise and experience in all areas of performance.

Justin Schultz

Justin brings the ADP a wealth of experience as a strength and conditioning/athletic development coach working with developmental and elite athletes across team sports and football codes. He is currently the head of junior performance/strength & conditioning at the Glenelg Football Club in the SANFL. This is complemented with his top-level work with athletes at his private facility.

Justin’s qualifications include:
• Masters of Exercise Science (Strength & Conditioning) - Edith Cowan University.
• Bachelor of Exercise & Sports Science -University of South Australia.
• Australian Strength & Conditioning Association – Level 2 Coach
• Professional Diploma in Strength & Conditioning for Football - Barca Innovation Hub Football Fitness Periodization Certification - Football Coach Evolution.

Dean Miller

Dr Dean Miller is a sleep and exercise scientist with a PhD examining the sleep of athletes. His areas of expertise include sleep, jet lag, physiological recovery, and utilising wearable technology to examine physiological markers of health.
